Gail has been teaching fitness for 24 years. Her
certifications include CPR/AED with the American Heart Association, Aerobic and
Step with Aerobic and Fitness Association of America, Kickboxing with
International Fitness Training Association, Yoga with National Fitness
Professional Training Association, Johnny G - Certified Spinning Program
Instructor and Body Pump with Body Training System.
