Water Aerobics      


Dive into this exciting summer workout that combines cardiovascular conditioning and muscle toning!!
This class uses the properties of water to provide minimal stress on the joints while using a full range of motion for a great workout. This is a low-impact aerobic workout designed to work every major muscle group.  Class includes toning exercises for the entire body and the use of water resistant equipment such as noodles, hand buoys, kick boards, etc.  This class can be modified for all levels of fitness.

Enjoy this non-impact environment to gain cardiovascular fitness and strength in the shallow water. If you have ever run out of the ocean, you understand what a workout this can be.  Swimming skills are not required. Ages 18 & older welcome.
