Outlook 2003: Basic
(3 HOURS)

Outlook is an information management program that is included in Microsoft’s® Office 2003 Suite. It helps you get organized and work efficiently! You can use it to:
  • Manage your e-mail. (Creating email subject folders for important projects will save you from digging back through your mailbox.)
  • Keep track of personal and business appointments.
  • Create a list of contacts.
  • Manage "to do" lists.
  • Create an electronic calendar.

Take the frustration out of scheduling meetings! As a manager, board member, or administrative assistant you may have spent countless hours playing "telephone tag" - scheduling and rescheduling meetings trying to accommodate everyone’s calendar. If your organization is internally networked, Outlook can help you! Prerequisites: Windows 98, 2000 or XP: Level 1 or comparable experience.
