Ditch the workout - join the party!

 

Zumba fitness has become one of the most popular workouts in the country. Combining upbeat Latin and Caribbean rhythms with interval cardio training makes calorie burn and muscle toning easy and more of a party than a workout.  This 2-hour workshop will break down salsa, merengue, samba, calypso and reggaetoon moves.  Participants will leave with a pass for 10 classes during Fall semester and the knowledge and confidence to "join the party".  This workshop and the following classes are suggested for anyone looking for fun cardio-fitness.  Dress to move with appropriate fitness shoes.

FEE:                         $45 (includes pass for 10 classes between
                                 September 12 and December 2 - Class will meet
                                 Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:30 - 6:25 p.m.)

* If you can't make the workshop, but would still like to participate, you can get the class pass for 10 classes during the Fall semester for a fee of $40.
